Team Leader Product Supply & Logistics (JobRef: TL PSL)

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Team Leader Product Supply & Logistics.

Position Scope:

  • Secure optimal interface with Retail and Commercial Business Units for assuring all necessary products, including the necessary logistical services (transport and storage) by taking into consideration costs, quality and dates and all legislative and company-specific provisions and regulations.
  • Ensure implementation at local level the decisions from Group in Petrom Moldova S&L area.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Contribute in formulating long/ medium and short term operational strategy for schedule fuel intercompany supply from Petrom’s Refineries & external sources
  • Monitor the logistics scheduling and input/correct intercompany supply orders according to market optimization;
  • Provides planning and delivery according to the monthly schedule for supply quantities of related sources;
  • Advise technically well-founded planning bases for Petrom Moldova as part of the planning process for products purchase prices and quantities (MTP, budget, forecasts and linear optimization programs);
  • Represent/ participate in negotiation of (framework) product supply agreements ;;
  • Represent/ participate in agreements negotiations with logistics service providers in Moldova together with PSS as well as in accordance with existing guidelines;
  • Monitor market trends and make sure that the netback optimization process is efficiently running and results are implemented by advising PSS;
  • Monitoring and analysis of market trends relating to products, on the relevant market (MD) as well as outside the relevant market;
  • Analyze financial information and recommends improvement to PSL;
  • Lead, motivate and develop professional growth opportunities for direct/ indirect subordinate employees;
  • Make sure that processes are defined and executed in line with company policy, internal controlling standards and all legal requirements;
  • Etc.

Main requirements:

  • Educational requirements: university degree & solid industry background;
  • Experience in supply and logistics business: 7-10 years in Oil & Gas Industry;
  • Management skills and experience: 5-7 years’ experience;
  • Capability of multi - cultural approach;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills to structure complex analyses methods;
  • Ability to manage direct reports as well as large number of project team members which are not direct reports, leading a team to excellent results;
  • Advanced skills in negotiation techniques and negotiation experience;
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Romanian, Russian;
  • Computer literate;
  • Driving license – B category.

Sales Department Manager

Position: Department Manager Sales

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage Retail Sales operations, according to Company standards and Moldova legal frame;
  • Coordination and control of Expert Area Management Team
  • filling stations and FS owner contracts in order to achieve best performance parameters
  • Responsible for Dealers management and assessment of KPI’s, based on Petrom’s internal procedures and regulations;
  • Responsible for Management of FS owners rental contracts, negotiation with current & potential filling station owners on issues like: rent formulas, cost coverage, compensations, development scenarios;
  • Responsible for fuel sales and margin budgeting and monitoring, on company and Filling Station level
  • Responsible for Non-Oil Business sales and margin on FS level
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss accounts on FS level, as well on P &L partners/rented stations level
  • Developing the network of filling stations within area assigned, as well as expansion at the country sides as well as continuous network optimization;
  • Develop and implement training programs for dealers, chiefs of stations and FS staff;
  • Organizing ad-hoc trainings according to the Petrom standards and requirements;
  • Investigation of non-standard situations, claims, breaches and other non-compliant activities;
  • Direct responsible for fuel stock management, on company and on FS level;
  • Participate as part of Retail team, when fuel and NOB campaigns are created & implemented
  • Communicate with Local Public Authorities on issues related to authorizations, permits, licenses, permissions and claims;
  • Increase profitability through an optimal sales plan and cost-cutting awareness;
  • Crisis management in urgent and stringent matters. Mobilizing and coordination of emergency teams in special cases (immediate filling station takeover, police investigations, asset loss, damages, accidents, etc).
  • Etc.

 

Main requirements:

  • Educational requirements: University degree (Economics, Technical);
  • Work experience in the sales field: 5-7 years preferable in retail oil &energy industry filed);
  • Management experience: at least 5 years in people management or/ and in managing project based teams;
  • Experience in the field of sales business or other international sales and project activities Retail or oil industry experience is preferred;
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Romanian, Russian;
  • Computer literate;
  • Driving license – B category;
  • Business oriented person with good communicational skills;
  • Willingness to deliver results and to influence decision processes;
  • People management capabilities;
  • Team leader competencies.

Descrierea postului

Partenerii (firme/companii sau persoane fizice care întrunesc cerințele de mai jos, în condiția creării unei întreprinderi), vor fi responsabili de administrarea benzinăriilor, pentru și din partea PETROM.

Partenerii vor administra benzinăriile în conformitate cu standardele PETROM referitoare la: relații clienți, magazine, restaurante și spălătorii, vor fi responsabili de relațiile cu furnizorii, logistica, controlul stocurilor, contabilitate, recrutarea și instruirea personalului, sub directa coordonare a conducerii PETROM.


 Cerințe:

  • Studii minimum liceale;
  • Cazier judiciar;
  • Cunoştinţe calculator;
  • Experiența în comercializarea cu amănuntul, inclusiv produse alimentare, restaurant sau restaurant tip fast-food, comercializare piese auto, etc – vor constitui un avantaj;
